Last weekend saw the release of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Banned’ – and all around the world, collectors forgot about Adidas. The Bred 1 ‘Banned’ struck again, the first time since 2013 and while it doesn’t feature the awesome X symbols that the 2011 drop had, it has been no less loved by enthusiasts. Featuring a supple full-grain leather upper on a high cut, these babies are OG AF. It would appear that the red leather panels are also slightly deeper than that of the 2013 pair, which is a big plus in our book.
Coming with red, black and white laces, you are spoiled for choice – but on a pair of this pedigree, the only choice in our books is black leather or waxed laces, or for those who like the pop, red axed laces with gold aglets!
