After measuring the shoelace size of my Nike Zoom Pegasus 34 (yes, I know it's a Nike shoe and not an Adidas, but I still wanted to get them regardless), I decided to opt for the large (50 Inch/127 cm) size since my shoelaces were approximately 130 cm. The fit and size was just right and replacing it wasn't difficult, though you may have to be patient while doing so, depending on how many eyelets your shoe has (mine was 5). The quality of the shoelaces feels great and well-threaded, with no signs of loose stitchings or frails to them. Being made of 3M material with high-denier polyester, it justifies how much of a quality product it is. The subtleness of the katakana text looks nice, with a silverish, shiny grey tint to it when shown in a shaded area, and even outside at direct sunlight. The aglets (small sheath on each end of a shoelace) also has some katakana text on it, though I noticed that some people have the word "Lacespace" on theirs instead. I still like it nonetheless. The reflection property on the katakana text is also interesting, as looking at it from different angles shows just how reflective the text are. If you were to take a photo of the shoelaces with the flash on, the text will appear bright white, which does make it pop. Points to the styling factor. Of course, the shoelaces won't give you any performance advantages when taking it out for a run, but in terms of using it as a fashion statement, that's probably where it excels at the most. Price-wise, I'd say it's fair for what it has to offer, especially since it's made of 3M material. Overall, I'm satisfied with how the Japanese Katakana Laces - 3M/Black turns out. If I had the Adidas NMD R1 Japan, I would likely love the shoelaces more.

Katana laces with 3M letters are made for my shoes. A soon as I took the pic with flash I realized that these laces were the best decision.
